Sir i purchase one mobile from siliguri but within one work it was not working properly i sent my staff at service centre they sign a letter that warranty is not valid because mobile was open outside. But i did not open outside. They are not ready to pay warranty . Now my full amount is lost. So what have to do prasenjit dhar [protected]
