Intex Mobile — mentally harassment /money back | |||
Res sir, I, ishan satpute purchesed intex aqua y2 mobile on 13-2-15 from Miracal sellular store collage road nashik. But within 4-5 days the charger is not working. Hence i went to the store . The sales lady told me to go to the service station. I do the same, but unfortunately can't get any help from them. Many times i visited there to request for the damaged caused to the phone. The service man told me that your home electric lines is faulty, check it. He mentally Harassed me every time. At last i want there with my mom nirmala who is senior citizen still then they can't do anything. I visited the store many times hoping that i can get my mobile repaired but of no use. Now they told that come after one month. Sir, please take a quick decision about my complaint - other wise i will have to go to the consumer court and news telecast because mr. shivaji, intex both customer service in nashik and mobile store gives me and my mother harsh treatment in this matter, Plz give me my money back, Do i am not interested in your product.
