Intex Mobile — mobile battery change

Hi, I want to change my intex mobile battery.due to old was gone to faulty within one month.I have a job sheet witch is created on 23-mar 2015.job sheet no is[protected]T001.I have many time visited in his local service center in bathinda and many time call to customer care.also I have wrote a mail to his customer care on [protected]@intextechnologies.com but till yet no any soulation provided.today 37 days crosed.tday again I have to customer care but his customer care team asked to me sir please purchases the same from market.I have waste our time and money.till yet my wastage money is 1500rs becasue many time std calling and visiting in his local service center.
