Intex Mobile — Persisting Problem with Intex Aqua i7 left unrepaired by service centre Twice | |||
I have an Intex Aqua i7 mobile phone(IMEI NO.[protected]) with bill date 01/03/2014 (still under warranty). I encountered connectivity issues with my mobile as on switching on the data my mobile would completely freeze and the only way to get it back on work was by removing the battery and switching it ON again. The same was given to Intex's authorised service center at Bhopal, (Mansarovar Complex), Madhya Pradesh.in mid January 2015 and returned to me the next day by saying that the problem has been solved which was clearly not the case. I resubmitted the mobile on 27/01/2015 vide Jobsheet No.[protected]T001 and was told to wait for 10 to 15 days. On contacting the service centre on 10/02/2015 i was told that my mobile has been repaired on 2nd of Feb itself, on enquiring why wasn't i informed for so many days the answer was that its not in their policy. This surely looks like the centre wanted as many days to pass by so that the warranty may expire, as there was no improvement of any sort in the mobile phone. Now today(11/02/2015) also i visited the centre again as the problem persisted, I was asked to take screen shots of the problem and report back to them. I conveyed i don't have time to visit the service centre again and again. the employees of the centre resubmitted my handset with them (Jobsheet no.[protected]T001) for the THIRD time and asked me to enquire after another 15 days. All this shows that:- 1)Either the authorised service centre has no empathy for the time and money of the customers or the policy of Intex Mobiles asks them to be this way. 2)The engineers with the service centres are incapable or the company has a policy of befooling its cusomers by not providing what they promise at the beginning. I was very hopeful on purchase of this handset and was very happy with its performance before the problem. I also understand that problems like this may arise in handset of any company or brand. And I also wish that a company like Intex should blossom as it is good for competition in mobile market and gives consumers a wider range of mobiles. But it pains to see service like this and attempt to evade the warranty agreement on the part of a good brand name. All i seek is a quick and just resolution of my problem and no further wastage of time either with the service centre or other forums for consumers. Was this information helpful? | |||
