[Resolved]  Intex Mobile — Replacement of my 5 month old mobile with new one

Hello sir, I have purchased a intex mobile (model cloud y13 white color dual sim[protected] price 6100/- on 19/4/14, invoice no-856 and serial no of product is [protected] from New fair business center Lucknow (UP). It is just five month old and still in 1 year warranty but it do not working as per its specification. The charging battery is damaged, also the mobile speaker is not working. So now the mobile is worth less for me. I have given my mobile to the below service center at lucknow mobile clinic b74 tejkumar plaza apposite darul shapha near hazratganj Gpo I had buy this mobile from one of the reputed company with some faith but now the mobile is meaningless for me and I am totally fedup now.
