Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Not received my phone

I have submit my mobile phone to repair to intex service center on 28 aug. 2016 (ayushi electronics indore) but till now i am not received my phone i have more than 10 times goes to centre but i am not able to understand why they not provide my phone i am also more than 20 times call to customer care they always talking we are escalate your problem to our senior team

It is not working i ordered him few months ago and after some months he was making some strange noise so i want to take immediately action.if there is no action i will complaint to the police that snapdeal solds default products.
