Intex Technologies — Regarding my phone repairing

I submitted my phone for repairing on 29 may 2015.They promise that in 15 working days they will repair the phone but still I didn't get my phone.Whenever I got to enquiry they just say your request has been accelerated and no action is taken they just say parts is pending status is shown.
