My friend Ccharu.Dhingra from Calcutta and me had both booked stalls at Jalsa on the 27th, 28th &29th Nov' 2015 at World Trade Center in Mumbai.
We had chosen from available stalls as per the layout plan given to us by Mr.Janak.Dodhia.
These were chosen as per direction and numbers suitable to us for good business.
Chharu had bought No:43 and i had bought No:35.
On the day of exhibition we realised the layout plan had been changed without either o[censored]s being informed.
Both our new stalls were South facing instead of the directions that we wanted.
I fought my way and was given the original place that I had booked but my stall No: had been changed form the original No:35 to No:30.
Ccharu was given the same No:43 as booked by her but the location had changed as per the new layout.
There is no space to walk between stall rows.
Space has been left between stalls which is being used unofficially and creating a nuisance!
Ac was being shut off every now n then.
This entire exhibition is tribally mis-managed.
Considering the exorbitant rates charged this exhibition is a shame.
Both Ccharu and me have not been able to get the business we expected.
Being a Tarot Reader Ccharu had predicted herself some good work which we believe has been lost because of change in direction and numbers.
Had we been informed of change in stall layout we would have either changed out stalls to suit our needs.
In case of non availability of our requirements we would have opted not to take part rather than loose money!
We want a refund of the rental we have paid to the Jalsa group along with compensation of loss of business and waste of our time.
