Investors Clinic — Fraud in Solitairian City flat booking

Dear Sir/ Madam, We booked a flat in Solitairian city Noida through Investors Clinic in July 2013. All the documents were signed and provided to their agent Anima but later we come to know that some documents are prepared with illegal sign, due to that the cost of the flat is also increased for which we were not ready to pay because it is not as per our budget. There were also false promises made at the time of booking that the possession of the flat will be given in 3 years, Around two years are passed from booking, even builder does not have all approvals and even they are not ready to give BBA. We are asking our refund already paid, several emails, reminders have been sent but they are not giving our money back. We will appreciate your help in this regard.
