Please don’t purchase any property through Investor clinic.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I have purchased one plot in SDS NRI city through (Mr.Navin) Investor clinic almost 2.5 years back. For the same I have paid 60% amount almost 2 years back and at the same time it was informed to the investor clinic. But in spite of my continuous reminders, verbal discussions and visits in investor clinic office, I am still didn’t receive amount against my credit note, which I supposed to receive after 40% payment to SDS. I was visited to Investor clinic office more than one and half year back(Dec-12)and met with Mr.Raman(One of the customer care executive of IC). At that time he told me Investor clinic didn't receive the brokerage from SDS, hence it could not be given to me against my credit note. In between there was telephonic discussion and exchange of the mails between IC and me. I have again visited the investor clinic office on dated 22.02.14 and receive the same frustrating response. For the same I have Write the mail to Investor clinic higher authority (Mrs Sakshi Katyal) on dated 22.02.14, but no response her side. Since last two months I am giving the continuous reminder to Investor clinic, but there is no response from there side (Trailing emails are self explanatory). But in spite of my continuous reminders, verbal discussions and visits in investor clinic office, please note that I am still not receive amount against my credit note, which I supposed to receive after 40% payment to SDS. As per Mr.Raman and Mr.Prahlad they could not commit any time period. But from the trailing emails and discussion with the SDS it is understood that matter is take-up with SDS recently. Kindly intervene in the matter, as employee of the investor clinic are in relax/sleep mode without thinking about the image of the company.
