IOC — LEAKGE OF IOC LPG CYLINDER WHILE DELIVERY

Dear Sir SUB: LEAKAGE OF LPG CYLINDER WHILE DELIVERY REF: CONSUMER NO.43520 I have booked my Domestic LPG on 24.03.2015 and received SMS booking reference No.347076. Today received the Gas against Cash Memo No.[protected] after completion of 16 days WITH LEAKAGE CONDITION. The Gas delivered around 2.30 PM today and my mother aged 82 noticed the gas smell and confirmed the leakage from the brand new cylinder and informed to the delivery person through mobile and they came after 2 hours and simply fixed the brand new cylinder into the Gas Stove by removing the existing using cylinder WITHOUT RECTIFYING THE NEW CYLINDER MOUTH as well as without getting concurrence/clearance from my mother whose is available in the House. Kindly advise M/s.Balaji Gas Agencies, Pollachi to rectify the fault/stop the leakage of brand new cylinder tomorrow itself without delay and without collecting any money from my house.
