IOCL — False information | |||
Sir/Madam Sir, I, Debashish Mandal residing 3/9, Suryasen Street, Durgapur-13. I am holding gas connection from Akash Gas, Srinagar Pallly Durgapur-13 with Consumer No. CX601992. I have booked a gas on[protected] vide Booking reference No.439099. I checked on automatic booking facility (IVRS of IOCL) on[protected] and was informed that our Indane Distributor has cleared all booking upto [protected] but till date I have not received any gas cylinder. This is not a single time problem but regular problem we are facing from last so many years. I have made complaint also for same last time but same problem we are facing again. This is completely harassment for consumer and I would like to bring this in a limelight. Request you to please do proper investigation for the same.
