IOCL — Showroom staff Worst Behaviour | |||||
My name is Ravitej. I am from Tenali, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. I've a Indane Gas Connection on my name. with the SRI SURYA INDANE distributor in my city (Tenali). Date of connection taken is[protected] with single cylinder. Now the problem is, i went to my distributor SRI SURYA INDANE for applying the double cylinder. when i ask for the Process for applying the Double cylinder then they said registration document (the papers are given me at the time of taken new connection) needed for that process with ID and Address proof. Okay Thats fine. But unfortunately I lost the said papers and i also searching two days for that. I'm living in a rented house and i shifted to another house for my personal reasons. In shifting process I've lost the above said documents. But I've ID and Address proofs with me. after two days i went to the Office and said them the same history what mentioned above. They completely not listened me and then the way of talking is very rude and behaviour of the staff is very worst with me. Now I want to ported to HPCL in my city through Inter Company Online Connection Portability system. Pleas help me in this and deeply look into the issue and do the needful.
