I am student i purchased on 12.12.2015 mi tab offering me by iprof company for bank exams preparation exams study materials. when was offering me by iprof company candidates very smoothly behavior till purchasing tab. but send me damage tab and now when i am in problems by mi tablets send by iprof company. not yet responding me & my problems and i also returned damage tab within 8 days informing company candidates but now not one is responding me. my tab & 7000 money both are in i prof company till not replacement or refunding my amount. what can i do solve this problems . this company is cheated me & many student who is not afford of this much money but want to try to do some thing for carrier and purchase this type of study materials by managing money from part time work i am also those one candidates but no i am safariing this problems what can i do about this problems please can you help me .please refund me my money. Feb 29, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I DON'T NO WHAT IS THE SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEMS BUT I WANT TO TEACH THIS COMPANY DO TO GOOD BEHAVIOR WITH CUSTOMER NOT EVERY ONE CUSTOMER IS RICH LIKE THIS BEHAVIOR IS NOT ONLY BAD BUT ALSO BAD IMAGE OF COMPANY NOT CHEAT TO CUSTOMER BECAUSE AVERY ONE PERSON KNOW THE POOR SITUATIONS. | |||||

My jee main+ jee advance package in a pen drive has been expired from last 3 weeks before its duration which is 12 month and the company is also not responding to any of my mails and calls.and my exam is going to be held on 22 may.kindly take some harsh and quick action against it or refund my money.
