I bought i prof, s csat material via pendrive but in that no sufficient data that will help me in exam and that is not proper working and not any video that u told me and no these topics are found ion that these help me in my study so i want my money back.

I have bought an iprof product and I am not able to access it. I also tried to contact the company but it isn't responding.
I have bought a pen drive with contents of CBSE 11and 12 syllabus and jee lectures. I tried solve the problem but was unable to do so!
So, I just want them to contact me and solve the issue or Refund the amount I paid.
