I have admitted my wife Smt Tumpa Das IP No: [protected], Reg No:[protected] on 24.12.2013 at about 5.00 PM for Decease:High Fever and Frequent Vometting but 24th December whole night and 25 th December whole day+ evening, my patient was not attended by any Doctor. It is very surprising On Display Board some Doctor's name was mentioned but he was on leave on that day, i.e 25th December''2013.On 25th December at about 8.00PM, i along with my uncle visited to the hospital and searching some responsible person to lodge the complain but no one found. Thereafter i hand over a written complain to the security person. Quality of food supplied at Breakfast and lunch are very poor, had pungent smell, fermented., when all patients of female words and Nurses are complaint above to the food supplied they replied "cook yourself". On the account of the above mentioned circumstances, i reluctantly discharged the patient on 26th December afternoon. There is no option for receiving feed back from Patients. According to my observation most of the Staffs (except nurses) are very lethargic and in the mood of holiday making. I hope Dr. Devi Shetty (Head Narayani Group) will take up the matter with immediate effect so no one will be further effected. Complainer Name: Sandip Das. Relation: Husband.
