I had lodged a complaint reg.drawing an excess amount of Rs.2685.00 from my account No.[protected] at State Bank of Travancore while making online reservation of ticket for train No.12081on 26/9/15 for the journey on 22/9/15.the saod amount is not yet refunded. Please do the needful.
