My pnr is [protected]. I am travelling today from raipur R to ahmedabad ADI.
my complaint is against attendant of coach a1 that he did not issue me bed roll. After asking he issued after 1 hour of journey. Same time on asking only he gave me pillow cover and that to used one and dirty. I asked to change it and he changed it. When i asked about hand towel he told me that it is wet. After journey of 5 hts i.e. at nagpur, on reminding he gave me used one and dirty hand towel. Moreover, he has not issued any towel to other passengers.
so my point is he should be prompt enough to issue items to passengers. And not used ones. Passengers are not paying for these treatments. If he do not want to work as he should, why railway kept him?
I need an immediate action in this issue and request set an example to others.
