Station authority of Kolkata Station are not giving clear cause of cancellation of Train no. 13131 and further when i try to inquire with higher authority they said that please see the display and do not disturb us... Is this the rule? Who will be held responsible for my loss which will raise because of not attending my client tomorrow as per schedule..? Do Indian Railway will reimburse my loss? Please repond to that matter and analyse who should held responsible...
