I have booked a ticket in AC Coach (CC) in intercity Express on dated 22.03.2015 for journey date[protected] from BDL to LKO. Transaction ID-[protected] and PNR no-[protected]. but on that date there was no AC coach in that train so we suffered a lot. please refund my difference amount because we travelled in general class.
