Irctc — Amount debited from my account, but i did not get any SMS from irctc | |||
Dear sir, I have Booked the e.Ticket (Tatkal ticket) from my Computer today. From Jasidih to Tatanagar leaving on 23.6.2014 . Payment made through State Bank of India net Banking. The amount of Rs. 271.24 has been debited from my account immediately and this is transaction id and account number in which money is transferred [protected]IGV8327838 TRANSFER TO [protected] MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS E . The Debit advice SMS received as acknowledge from State Bank of India. But there is no SMS or Email from Irctc so far. I have checked the Booked History, absolutely there is nothing details. In such case How to know whether the Ticket is confirmed or not how retrive it? If not How to recollect my payment? Pls help me. Actually I have to book the return Ticket also. Getting single Ticket from Irctc through e.ticket is big problem though Green initiative taken by the Government.
