[Resolved] Irctc — Amount deductect from bank but ticket not generated by IRCTC | |||
Sir/Madam My amount of Rs 286 has been deducted by SBI Bank Meerut Cantt branch vide ID No "[protected]IG00BHIKB6 TRANSFER TO [protected] SBI I.R.C.T.C. COLLECT" through net banking on 11 Oct 2014 and transaction charges also deduct by bank of Rs 11.24 vide ID No "ICH[protected]IG00BHIKB6 Commission of IG00B" on 13 Oct 2014 but ticket has not been booked by IRCTC.
