Dear Sir/madam i have booked a ticket from ju to bbs. on dated 04/08/14 for journey of 09/08/14 through sbi ATM card .since the amount deducted in my account but has ticket not booked. hence it is requested plz refund my amount of Rs.797.49/- immediately REGARSDS..
