Irctc — Amount not refunded even train was canceled

Dear Support Team, I didn't get the amount of my TDR till date (15 Sept 2015) where the PNR no of ticket is [protected] and the train was canceled so I could not journey. There have more than 65 days has been passed and no amount refunded in my account. I have called to customer care and they res-ponced me that there have no time limit for refunding amount.
