[Resolved]  Irctc — amount not refunded---for 21/11/2014 transaction--reg:-

t tried to book ticket for 17256 naraspur express from palakol to secunderabad jn on21/11/2014 subject to condition that atleast one lower bearth but it came not available say yes or no, i said no but the amount for rs 2122 was deducted from my debit card as above to your account noxx0789 from pos irctc i have complained to customer care and was told amount will be refunded in 4to 5 working days
but till day amount not refunded
how did you debit our amount without booking ticket its very bad even though you are not refunding after 11days
