full amount not refunded for failed transaction

Egmore to mannargudi 02 Nov 18 in Mannai Exp (16179).
I've tried to book tatkal ticket vide ibid journey. Ticket was not booked but they debited 325.49rs. IRCTC said the reason is due to no response from bank ticket was not booked. As per irctc rule for failed transactions they have to refund whole amount but On 6th Nov 18 they refunded only 165rs to my account. Kindly solve this issue and repay...

about allotment of my reserved seat to some other person

Dear sir, please note that i had reserved the seat no 64 in coach s-1 of malwa express on date 06/11/2018. This same seat was allotted to other person by tc. When enquired with tc he said we are unable to follow reservation rules. Kindly check and confirm is there no meaning of reservation before one month. I had not get my reserved seat while i had a confirmed seat. Four other person were sitting on my reserved seat with permission of tc....

tdr repudiate wrong

Train sc kyq spl (No.07149) for[protected] evening was late by 6+ hours at new jalpaiguri (Njp)

Tdr id [protected], filed on[protected] at 22.30 for pnr [protected] is repudiated by nf railways saying that all 4 passengers traveled according to chart.

But, we (All 4 o[censored]s) traveled unreserved on another train vide nos. Uts 502yc7f566 (2 adults) and uts 502yc7f567 (2 adults).

Please do the needful...

The deaprture time of train is 4.45 am but the train is more than 6 hours late even no passenger travel on that train. I filed a tdr but today i got a mail regarding that you request is cr repudiated. Thats not fair. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

ticket cancel price non-refundable

I am deepannita paul, my four tickrt cancellation price not refundable. My cancellation date - 1st ticket date 11/09/18, 2nd date -22/09/18, 3rd ticket -23/09/18, 4th ticket date-25/09/18. But your agents says that price will be refundable in my sbi account no-[protected]. But refundable price not show in my account. Please as soon as possible refund my ticket cancellation price....

Today i booked rail ticket of rs 1500.49 of ypr hwh duronto from irctc website today around 7pm ; but after that i got a mail that my amount of rs 1500.49 has been debited from the bank due to trasaction with irctc11779, that means my booking has been confirmed but i didn't get any mail of my train reservation booking details, pls resolve this issues if my ticket is not confirmed pls refund the money....

complaining for the seats.

I booked two tickets through irctc containing pnr - [protected]. At the time of booking it was lower seat but at the time of travelling the staff says both the seats are upper seats. Why? The passengers are aged and handicapped. Please take a look at it and solve this as fast as you can otherwise i am going to complain about it to higher persons/community....

I want to stat that i am using a single sim mobile having a single number (No alternate mobile number) which is associate with my aadhaar number, bank etc. And i only use this number for all my communications. I have only one irctc login (Login id: jitu_sfci). I have doubt that some one else has already used/registered my mobile number in his irctc login many years before. I got this number some years back through...

cancelled train ticket refund

Sir I have cancelled train ticket on 4 sept2018 but refund is not credited.I also complained in irctc they said that we have processed the refund on 5 sept 18 of Rs 1160 and with reference.i have attached the screen shot below.i have tried many times in customer care and send them mail but they asked try to resolve it from your bank.kindly check the attached file they have sent.IRCTC also provide rrn no.to track my refund....

money not refund in my account till 15 days

Dear IRCTC,
My money has not come in my account.finally I call to Bank they said IRCTC has not sucessfully refunded amount.please contact IRCTC customer care.then I call IRCTC customer care they also said please send screenshot of mail which is show refunded amount to IRCTC customercare website.
Your complaint will have resolve in 24 hours.
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible with out any new problem.

problem during booking

Dear sir,

There are already 7339 complaints submitted by different users. I don't know weather the authorities looks at the complaints or may be they ignore it. Still we believe in a positive change & justice to the common users. I always failed to book a tatkal ticket due to purposeful questions during bookings. Looking forward to positive action from a sensible person. Or else kindly shut off this service and give us another...

amount not credited back

I have tried to book for tatkal tickets on 20th and 21st of october. Both the transactions are failed and the irctc was showing that amount was credited back paytm bank.. But it was not credited to my account.. The transaction id's of failed transactions on 20th and 21st of october are [protected] and [protected] respectively.. Please resolve my issue quickly.....

money deducted from bank account but irctc claiming transaction failed and ticket not booked

Sir/madam,

I just tried to book a ticket at aranyak express (Train number 12885) for date of 22nd november from santragachi (Src) to garhbeta (Gba). I completed payment. Bank sent me payment confirmation message. But irctc shows payment failure and ticket not booked. This type of problem occurred earlier also at irctc. My irctc id is susenjit1
Kindly look into the matter.

not providing of retiring room at chandigarh railway station.

I have booked a retiring room at chandigarh railway station on 02.11.18 at 18:06 for 12 hrs but after payment irctc send me a confirmation message in which booking time is showing 02.11.18 at 06:06. Because of this station superintendent couldn't provide me retirng room. I had spend rs. 404 but couldn't got a retiring room. Kindly take necessary action please....

unable to access irctc account due to blocking of email id

Sir my irctc user id is vikykashi, due to some technical problem i lost my email id registered to irctc account but now i'm unable to access my email id [protected]@gmail.com which is required to verify the irctc account.
I am unable to access my irctc account due to verification process.
Therefore i would like to request that please change registered email id from [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@gmail.com....

not get refund

Sir with pnr no. [protected] i was supposed to get the my refund two times, now 7 days gone but yet i didnt get my refund...
The refund which was initiated on 22 was successfully credited in my account but the amount which was initiated on 25 is not credited in my paytm wallet..
Earlier i contact irctc customer care and they send me the confirmation mail that from irctc the amount was successfully initiated and ask me to show...

couldn't book tickets

Repeatedly tried to book tatkal tickets (Ssm garib rath) but it kept telling that captcha is wrong even when i was typing correct captcha and eventually logged me out after few attempts of typing captcha.
I had to log in again and again and each time i tried booing ticket same error occurred (Wrong captcha). Eventually all the seats got booked.

These stupid irctc people just make website complicated and boast how faster...

ticket

I had booked a ticket on irctc on[protected]. But the ticket was not booked because of transaction failure. Amount of the ticket was deducted from my bank account. But after the failure of the transaction the amount was not refunded in my bank. Its been 1 week today and still the amount is not refunded by irctc. Please help me to get refund of my deducted amount. Will be thankful for that.

I have booked 1 ticket on 31st october transaction ID-[protected] in tatkal for 1st november ., transaction failed but money deducted from my paytm wallet . I have not got ticket but money deducted so I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.paytm transaction id is-[protected]. The ticket was from KOAA to NJP ON 1ST NOVEMBER . Plz refund my money back....
