Hello i was booked a ticket date of 24/3/18 from gkp to jhansi in 11123 barauni - gwalior mail but train was late more then 3 hours. So passengers were not traveled. After that i filled tdr. Status is showing cr registered but amount not refunded till yet. It has taking so much time to refund the money, so please resolve this quickly.

I have booked ticket from patna to new delhi on dated 02 march 2018 for dated 3 march 2018. But the train was delayed by more than three hours, so i have filled tdr on dated 3 march 2018.

And the refund request was repudiated giving a reason that someone was traveled on the day on my ticket.

I think this is totally fake reason bacause i have traveled by bus from muzaffarpur to delhi by travel point bus service.br...

On 20 th march it ried to book ticket on train no-:22824 through payzap qr codescanning, unfortunately time out/ session out occourred. But money dedcucted from my credit card, then again i tried to book new tickts and i sucessfully done.

Hello! I booked a ticket on irctc on 30/03/2018 but cancelled it on 31/03/2018 for a reason.
I book them by debit card. After cancelling the train, rs.120 charged for per ticket cancellation.
It is today 06/04/2018 but the amount is not yet credited. I mailed them to [protected]@irctc.co.in but they did not respond.
There is no phone number i can call them directly. Now what to do? It is very disgusting. They are wasting time...

Traveling on koaa agc 13167 in 2 ac. It's the worst experience in last few years. The coach was dirty, floors partly cleaned only once during about 16 hours of travel. Bedding not up to the mark. Pillow damaged and unhygienic. Window panes broken and not clean.

We are ten passengers with reservation on 02/04/2018 in train no. 15159 from varanasi city to raipur jn and onward journey reserved in 17481 for journey on 03/04/2018 upto bobbili for two passengers and upto visakhapatnam for eight passengers all in 3ac.
