So when i log-in on the irctc website, it says i need to verify my mobile number and e-mail.
I verify the number with no problem but when i go to e-mail verification i click on the link where it says send otp, i receive otp in the e-mail - then i put that code in but it says the e-mail is already in use... But it's only in use by me!!! Please help because i literally have few hours to book a train ticket for tomorrow from...

I booked a ticket from anvt to btt in tatkal qouta but i get wl. So i cancel my ticket. But the refundable amount not credited in my bank account which is uses at the ticket booking. Detail below..

I was travelling with my wife to banglore by banglore express (Island-16525) on 12 feb 2018 in 3rd ac (B2) compartment seat no58, 59. Initially it was attacks from bed bugs. I have cancelled my e-tickets from irctc but i haven't received my refund amount of e tickets cancellation but when i check my refund status it shows amount sent to bank but the amount is not credited to my account yet. My bank account has no refund status about the cancellation tickets can you please help me out by refunding my money back asap... Today I was booking three tickets from TPTY - MAS in 2 seater compartment.
Unfortunately I submitted all my details and paid the amount, but there was no ticket generated on those details. My balance of 229/- was also deducted. Kindly look into the issue and request you to refund the desired amount.

This is in reference to the ticket number [irctc #7795163] which i received after writing mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in.

When inquired about the issue with the customer care executive on call, i was informed that my account was suspended as i have used the auto-fill option... But as i understand it was a provision in the website itself to add the family members to the master list and use it when...

I have booked tickets from irctc mobile application and the payment was made though mobikwik wallet. The wallet showed a charge of 0.9% + gst on payment gateways but they were actually deducting more than 2% on it. I complained to mobikwik but in vain. Hence i request you to look into the matter and reverse all the extra charges deducted from my account in all the tickets i have made through mobikwik.. Since it shows that irctc has no check...

I have booked a tatkal ticket from bsl
To cstm for 12138 punjab mail express on 5th jan 2018 and date of journey was 7th jan 2018.
For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
Status was turned to cr registered, but the
Amount was not refunded yet.

I have been observing a vast difference on the status of reservation displayed and the status after booking the ticket.
Today i booked a ticket with pnr no. [protected] for journey from ern to ltt. At the time of booking at 7.30am, the position on screen was wl6 but the reserved ticket showed wl24/25.
After some time at 7.42am when i tried for another ticket in the same train and stations, the position displayed was wl9. br...

I made attempt to book ticket on 05/02/2018 through irctc official website. Thrice it got failed (2 attempts from kotak and one from hdfc). The final attempt payment i got back in my kotak account the remaining two status is shown as refunded to zakpay (I dont understand what it is) when i paid from my kotak and hdfc.
