I booked a ticket through IRCTC Rail Connect Mobile APP On 12/09/2023.Booking From Shoranur to Coimbatore Jn dated 22/09/2023 got cancelled but Ticket Charge Deducted from My Google Pay Account. I need my money back because booking got cancelled by IRCTC.

My pnr number is [protected].

Train was clearly 5 hrs delayed and i could not travel but irctc is failing to refund the amount and tdr shows cr repudiated.
This is pathetic on part of irctc.

Need help to escalate this issue....

Complaint Regarding Train Late by more than 3 hours & Ticket Still Waiting List but No Refund Issued

I Anjana Booked a seat on JAT express AC 3 Tier worth ₹528.60 Via IRCTC Online for 26 August 2023, Train was supposed to to depart from Pathankot at 11:05 AM but Train itself was late my more than 3hrs & I could not travel because of it being too late.

The Train was Booked via IRCTC registered Account [protected]@gmail.com

(1) Train was late by more than 3hrs
(2) Our Ticket was in Waiting List till...

Retiring room at GAYA STATION

I booked a retiring room at GAYA station, the money was deducted but it shows not booked in the booking status. I contacted every number possible, but nothing happened. They told me to book again, but when I enter the details it says, booking already exists....

Ticket booking failure but cash deducted from account

I tried to book train ticket through IRCTC site. But ticket was not booked, and cash was deducted from my account. Please je\help me to get back my deducted amount....

TDR Filing rejection

We did not travelled in the train 16032 with the PNR number [protected] due the train running late for more than 3 hours. We were supposed to board from New Guntur to Chennai on 27th August 9:45pm. But the train was already running late for more than 3 hours. It came to new Guntur the next day morning around 6am. I filed a TDR for this with the reason as Train late for more than 3 hours and Passenger not travelled. But IRCTC has rejected TDR...

Tdr status showing cr registered but refund amount not received

Hi Support team, I have booked two tickets from kanpur central to anand vihar trm for Lichchvi express on 17th August, 2023 and Date of Journey was 17th Aug, 2023. For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and the passengers have not traveled, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against our tickets and the status was turned to CR Registered, but the amount was not refunded yet. I am not sure what else I might be missing to get amount...

My name is Jashwanth Kandula of IRCTC User-ID: KandulaJashwanth. I booked two tickets of RAJADHANI EXPRESS-22691 on 2nd September 2023. My money got debited of 6979 rupees but ticket was not booked. The PNR of that ticket is TRNAV11P139H4199CN. I have done this booking via goibibo app. So please look into this issue and refund the amount to my bank account....

Non refund of money for booked ticket against cancelled train

Irctc TDR status showing CR Repudiate

I had booked the 4 tickets from SEG to NGP, journey date 25 Aug 2023, but the train was continuously late for more than 4 hours. I filed the TDR on the same day 25 Aug 2023 17:43 HRS. Ticket payment done, but still showing payment requested.

I had booked a Tatkal ticket from CLT to NDLS today. I made the payment through UPI Paytm, but suddenly after the payment the interface changed into showing payment requested, I didn't get my ticket nor the payment refund....

Money deducted from bank account but not credited in r wallet UTS app

I went to recharge my UTS (app) wallet (R-Wallet) on 21/08/2023 of ₹265/-. I recharged through the "Google Pay" app and money of the same amount got debited from my bank account. But it's not credited in my UTS wallet yet. I have refreshed the app so many times, but it still remain same. Please solve this issue....

Hello Team,
I used my UPI ID to recharge R Wallet on UTS mobile app for seasonal booking. Money was debited from my bank account twice but is not credited in R Wallet for both transactions. UTS app registered mobile number [protected].
