Irctc — Booked ticket is not appearing in booked history/cancelled history details

Dear Team, I am sudhavamsikiran from bangalore. I have booked a ticket to travel for palnadu express(train number 12747) from Guntur to Begumpeta. On Dt. 18/08/2014. But unfortunately this booking details are not appearing in any of my history records where I checked with old transaction records also. When I checked PNR status in www.indianrail.gov.in website, its giving correct details of journey. So request you take action where this transaction can be appeared in my history records. Please do needful. Thanks Kiran
