[Resolved] Irctc — Cockroach in ajmer shatabdi | |
Reference to IRCTC Complaint no-020, date 14.08.14, from Jaipur to Delhi, Phone [protected], There were lot of cockrach at the seat . Their were children with us and they were very scary and uncomformatble the complete travel time . Our complete journey was ruined . .We could not sit on the complete travel time. We complained to the cleaning staff at 6.30pm, Their incharge at around 8 pm again and the TT for informing the maintenance at around 8.30 pm. But the TT forgot . . Cleaning staff told that railways has made cockroach their pet . TT told that pest control is pending . Finally i went to TT Cabin after big wait and registered a complaint with the log book. PNR - [protected], PNR-[protected]. COACH - C8 / SEAT - 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 35, 36 . Please refund the money as we could not utilise the seat that we paid for . Also, the food was pathetic . very bad in taste . All the food was also wasted and my kids had a very bad time Was this information helpful? | |
