[Resolved] Irctc — Complain against Cancellation of Train No.12443/HLZ ANVT WKLY SF and IRCTC denied the Refund | |||
Dear Sir, Ii have no any message or information receipts from IRCTC regarding the above matter and I have fallen in trouble due to no any train available that day from TATA to Gaya and my all ticket in schedule given details as under. 1.From Bilaspur to Tata PNR No.[protected] and Train No.12833 2.From Tata to Gaya PNR No.[protected] and Train No.12443 RETURN TICKET 1.From Gaya to Tata PNR No.[protected] and Train No.12802 2.From Tata to BIlaspur PNR No.[protected] and Train No.12810 As above you know that my schedule is depended train to train so I have facing problem due to non received of train cancellation information and my Ticket not cancelled automatically but The TATA station master said that your ticket will be auto cancelled and refund reached to your account with two days but I lodged the complain there a copy with me. Now I filled TDR but message so that the TDR file time limit is 72 Hours after that I make the complain IRCTC but their reply is very negative given as under for your ready reference. Dear Customer, Kindly note that the TDR filing time limit is revised w.e.f. 1/7/2013 upto 2 hours of the actual departure of the train in case of confirmed etickets & within 3 hours of the actual departure of the train in case of RAC or partial WL e-tickets As the time for filing the TDR for refund has exceeded, we are unable to forward your case to Railways.
