[Resolved] Irctc — complaint against refunding | |||
Sir, i was tried to book 02 seats trough tatkal but on that time tatkal kota shows that 10 seats are available. But after booking it shows waiting list ck11 so that i was not taken the tatkal seat but my account has debited for approx rs 3500. The amount has not yet credited to my account which may comes in financial hardship to book another ticket. The policy of railway is not good as the amount of any ticket is deducted before confirm ticket. This type of intention from railway auth shows that the amount collected from users may be utilised to other sources for their undo benifit but the user comes under financial hardship this is unjustice. If ticket not confirmed or not taken by any user the amount of ticket should be returned back immediately to the user so that he can enable to book another train and not comes in trouble. We think that the govt is for our help or to resolve our problems not to increase troubles. Please resolve this issue immediately Was this information helpful? | |||
