[Resolved]  Irctc — Did not Received The Refund Amount

Hi On 2-9-2014 I booked Tickets from HYB To GTL The Transaction is failed I tried 2 Times But 2 time the transaction is failed The transaction No is below . 1.) Transaction Id: [protected] 2.) Transaction Id: [protected] The Amount is detected for each transaction is 1011.24 for 2 Transaction is Total : rupees 2022.48 So still I did not received the amount from irctc I forwarded a mail and made a call but their are saying I it will come but still I did not received So kindly do the need full regarding my issue as soon as possible.
