Irctc — Extra amount deducted

Dear Sir, I, Hitesh Poshia would like submit two complaint against IRCTC for deduct Rs.11.25 extra from my bank account for each ticket booking. To Be more specific, I had booked two railway e-tickets by online ticket booking on www.irctc.co.in Below is my booking details. Transaction ID PNR Number Train No From-To Date of Journey Status Date of Booking [protected] [protected] 19215 BCT RJT 09-Jan-2015 Booked 06-Jan-2015 [protected] [protected] 11006 KJM DR 08-Jan-2015 Booked 06-Jan-2015 Complaint 1 with my username poshia1982. .I have had used sbi online payment gateway for payment of the booked tickets.They have deducted Rs 391.24 (380 Ticket charge + 11.24 Service ) on 06-Jan-2015 for PNR [protected] Transaction Id: [protected] Then the 8-jan-2015 when I checked online banking account statement which says that irctc has deducted Rs.11.25 more for some kind of commission twice. They didn't noticed me anything before and they didn't mail me of why they have charged me when I had already made the payments of booked tickets. Here is my account statement.
