Irctc — Fake message from IRCTC leading to cancellation of my very important ticket

booked a ticket 1 month ago in train number 12431 on 30.03.2015. Yesterday around 8pm I received a message from IRCTC that the my train has been cancelled and so I should cancel my ticket. After cancelling the ticket when an amount of Rs.70 was deducted I called the IRCTC helpline. And after that they just casually said that because of a mistake the message was sent and the train hasn't been cancelled. It was really shocking for me to hear that as it is very urgent for me to reach home I am really feeling helpless at this time because of no positive.
