Dear sir, Pnr no. [protected], Transaction id: [protected], Train no.12244 / SHATABDI EXP Date of Booking : 19-Jun-2014, Date of Journey : 22-Jun-2014, From SA To : MAS Class :CHAIR CAR Quota : GENERAL, Total Fare : Rs. 1402.47 I missed the train (Shatabdi Exp 22/06/2014) and booked the File TDR Request on 23.06.2014 (Time around 2 pm to 4 pm), and i got confirmation email also. But now i checked the TDR Status and shocked because the status is: TDR Request Fail, (Due to tdr not filled in prescribe time limit), I sent complaint mail to IRCTC Customer Care, but they also said same answer..Please verify my complaint as soon as possible..i am expecting fund back Regards, Mohamed saibullah Chennai. On receipt of refund amount from the Railways, it will be credited to the same account of the customer through which booking was made through opted payment gate way.
