Irctc — FIled TDR 4 months Back , But still also not approve by irctc.

I Booked a train thorough irctc to travel from vijayawada to chennai in Andaman express(16032) on 20th Jan 2015 mid night. The Ticket is in waiting list state while booking and got confirmed before travelling. The train arrived Vijayawada late more than 3 hours.So I did not travelled in the train and filed the TDR. I went 4 months after filing the TDR but still also the TDR is not approved and the status showing like "CR Registered". The below are the ticket details.
