PNR No. [protected], Transaction ID - [protected]. Train No. 13141, Tishta Torsha Exp. Dated, 13.06.15, From Nabadwip Dham To Malda. Dear Sir, I Like To Inform You That, the above Train was diverted through Bandel, Bardhaman instead of Nabadwip, Katwa Etc. I dont Know the reason, and same day I Filed TDR as per your rule of Refund & after 7 Days I got only 48% of total value of Ticket. But why ? You Should Refund 100 % of Ticket Value. That was your ( Railway's ) mistake. Yes, you can divert your Train from any rout, but you have to inform to the Respective Passenger in advance, you can refund my money but you can"t refund my time which was gone.
