Irctc — Food served of poor quality

I travelled by Allahabad Duranto no 12293 on 25th August from LTT to Allahabad with ticket PNR no[protected] in 3 AC.The food served for dinner was of very poor quality and not palatable at all, especially the stale Panner Curry.When enquiresd, the staff informed that the Pentry Car does not have hot case.This is absolutely ridiculous and ill- treatment to the passengers.You are requested to look into the matter very seriously in order to improve services.
