[Resolved]  Irctc — For refund amount

I have done the booking from indb to gdya on 13th november for travel on 17th november 2014 by panchvely express. Ticket status shows cannot be booked.But the unnecessary deduction of money can be taken in my account.Details of amount deducted for a purchase worth rs1271.94 at irctc txn# [protected] on 13th november. Resolve this issue and credit the amount back to my union bank of india debit card account.
