sir on 26 june my train was cancel. PNR NO. [protected].train no. 12172.am from dehradun and boarding at haridwar .when i reached haridwar station i found train was cancelled.train timing is 7'o clock evening. i asked to station master how i get my refund he told me automatically comes in yr account. no mesage i got from indian railway what to do for that. i am wating for some days but when it wont comes i called to customer care he told me u have to do cancel ticket within 72 hrs. sir tell how is it possible for me. on 27 moring i got tatkal ticket . of 28 june nxt day i went to delhi. whole day am travelling at 9 i have train nxt day i reached bhusawal train get late. i reached at night 10 o clock. again am travelling for aurangabad nxt day moning. eveytime time iam travelling, i dont have a laptop aur fast intrenet connection. how can i do this. even there is no network. during journey. how is it posssible for me to cancel the ticket. and also they didnt inform me wht to do. they cancel my train i dint cancel so its irctc resposibility. to refund me. but they told u have to fill TDR within 72 hours. its my money and i want it back i have to fill application ? sir/ madam please help me to refund my money back. thanking you.
