Irctc — Inconvenience faced while booking a ticket.

At dot 8 I saw there were 433 tickets in New Delhi Howrah Duronto. I filled in the details and at 8:03 I clicked the pay option and it shows sorry we regret no tickets available. If within 3minutes the tickets get over then you need to change the system for sure. Either we fill in the details before hand or may be the payment details may be asked to fill in when we register ourselves. Something needs to be done.
