[Resolved] Irctc — INCORRECTLY TDR CLOSURE | |||
Hi I have filed a TDR Registration No: CNR211014W43443 against PNR [protected] on 15th October, 2014. The reason for filing TDR was "Passenger Not Travelled Due To Ticket In RAC After Chart Preparation". After more than a month the IRCTC has Repudiate TDR and mentioned reason "As per chart, passenger has travelled". IT IS A COMPLETE NONSENSE. If IRCTC agent is bit educated then I'd request to please have a look on my Booking details. I have booked next ticket for 19th October (PNR [protected]), train number-12409 and returned back by that train. So how its possible to travel on 15th October as the status updated by TTE was completely incorrect. The TTE must have sold that RAC seat and updated chart for my ticket.
