sir. i have filed tdr request as my train 13008/U A TOOFAN EXP was late for more than 3 hrs on Date Of Boarding: 30-Dec-2014. and 3 passengers ticket was filed as tdr and total amount was 1950 but 970 rs is refunded, my whole amount is not refunded. kindly see and take some action.
