[Resolved] Irctc — IRCTC Website is not working properly | |||
I booked a Premium special train ticket on IRCTC on Dated 22-Nov-2014 (From Bangalore YesvantpurJunction to Bhubaneswar). After payment, HTTP 404 error found. I did not get any SMS and Email notification from IRCTC so I thought transaction was cancelled. I waited for 5 minutes After 5 minutes I logged once again IRCTC and checked for booked ticket history and found no record so book the ticket once again. This time transaction successful and got Email notification. But surprised to get the email notification of old transaction. As it is Premium special train so I unable to cancel the ticket. This problem is happened due to IRCTC web site. Not showing history properly. So I request you cancel one ticket and refund the money to my account as earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
