Irctc — Is not returning the money even after 6 months for the tdr (Train was late by more than 7 hours) raised against railway ticket pnr# [protected] | |||
I raised a TDR on 17 th January, 2015 against a ticket from Delhi to Mirzapur on Kalka mail. The train was late by more than 7 hours and I raised a TDR against the ticket and requested for refund. I also have raised an incident with IRCTC regarding this and the incident number is [IRCTC incident #1149752]. Also talked to IRCTC customer care and they are not helping me at all. They asked me to talk to Railway Commertial Officer at[protected] and I am not getting any help from their end also. The refund is pending for long 6 months now. Below are the ticket details: PNR number: [protected] Train number: 12312 Train name: Kalka mail Date of journey: 17 January, 2015 TDR filled date: 17 January, 2015 Reason for TDR: Train late more than three and passenger not traveled.
