[Resolved] Irctc — No Refund for TDR after 2 months | |||
1. For PNR: [protected], I filed TDR on 28th Aug on irctc website. I haven't received any refund even after one month. Status showing as CR Repudiate 2. For PNR: [protected], I filed TDR 2 months back. I got less refund 580/- out of 1370/- Train was more than 3 hrs later (12 hrs infact).. I was to get full refund. I called irctc helpline. The executive agreed and asked me to email to [protected]@irctc.co.in. I mailed them but mail bounced off their server. I emailed [protected]@irctc.co.in and railway minister too.
