Irctc — no refund of e-tickets

On 21 June, 2014, I had booked three tickets from Mumbai to Delhi and the same day when i tried to cancel these tickets I was unable to do so as irctc was showing some errors. So, accordingly this is not my fault and still i have not recieved refund of my e - tickets. Details of these tickets are - 1. Pnr no.
