Dear Sir/Mam, As per your policy, if E-ticket is not confirmed than the ticket amount by deducting some transaction charges will refund to the same bank account. I have booked ticket from my IRCTC ID "kamal_sub1" but ticket was not confirmed and I got the message in my mobile regarding cancellation and also refund of Rs.1170 to my bank account but it has not been credited yet Please do the needful for the same and let by refund.
